Misc Having a problem with homepass (please help)

hi guys. Long time lurker, first time poster. So i live in a country where nintendo zones are non existent (read Latvia) and there is... 2(?) people in my city who has Nintendos. so in order to play games and have social-ish experiance i decided to create my own homepass. But it seems that i have encountered a problem where my dongle does some macShifts and i'm not recieving any packets from internet (i'm using the NBA Homepass 2.1). My 3ds xl IS showing that i'm in Nintendo Zone, but i'm not recieving any streetpasses whatsoever. have anyone encountered a similar problem? if yes, have you found any fixes?

i would love if someone would help me out with this problem.

I think homepass is dependent on whether or not other people are using it. I think it has died down a bit so it may be that you need to wait longer for connections. It's been some time since I used it but I will see if I can get it running again, maybe we will cross paths.
