Hardware Has anyone sent in their Wii to Nintendo? After installing the Homebre

I've already had to send in my Wii to Nintendo because of some issues the DVD Drive was giving me. I haven't modded it or anything. But I'd like to install the Homebrew Channel. Has anyone else sent in their Wii after installing the Homebew Channel and gotten a fuss from them? I know you can remove it, but the logs are still kept in the play logs..so..

Anyone have any experience with this?

EDIT: Gah, I messed up the topic. Should have said "after installing the homebrew channel" but I think you guys get it!

many reports that nintendo doesnt notice your wii has homebrew and chips and stuff...
