Gaming Harvest moon TOT error 1101

Ok this was the last thing i wanted to do but i feel somone might be able to help me
here is my problem i have a harvest moon tree of tranquility backup and it always worked when i had backuplauncher gamma and v3.2u but i upgraded my wii to v4.2u and it was working i just had to try it a couple of times i figured it was just cause its scratched but i cleaned the disc and it still wont work, but my other backups such as GHWT and showtime boxing do work, i was thinking it was a cios problem because i noticed somone said harvest moon TOT worked on neo gamma r3 so i downloaded it and it still diddint work so i was wondering if anyone could direct me to the cios that was used for neogamma r3 and any other suggestions would be much appreciated Thanks for taking the time to read this.

have you tried other cios aside from 249?

btw neogamma r8 is the latest

no i diddint know there where others i havent bin in the homebrew scene for a while and ill have to get neogamma r8
ill go look into other ios's but would you mind telling me about some others though?

Thanks i got the new neo gamma but its still not working =[ how do i use i diffrent ios other then 249?
