When installing any VPK, a folder 'package' and head.bin is generated.It is almost the same for everyone VPK and any console .the difference is only in ContentID (green) and 2 lines(red).I found out that they (red field) depend only on ContentID.The question is what algorithm the console generates them based on ContentID.For example the SHA256(0x30-0x53) hash does not fit.
