Me and a friend tried this by using fusion coils and tanks. Never got it to tip over completely.

Yes, in CTF the flag is on the elephant, plus its useful for hiding while playing infection

Its an elephant, you see it on Sandtrap, usually in Slayer and other Big Team Battle modes
