ROM Hack Hack a dsi FW 1.4.5 without linker?

Hello.

First,I didn't really know if I post in the good place,sorry...

Second,I have a Dsi a long time ago,but I didn't hack it,and I didn't know if I can without linker?

In other words,I wont to know how to hack a Dsi at the FW 1.4.5?

And there are a way to downgrade?

You can hack it to run DS and DSi homebrew and downgrade it, but a hardmod and a copy of The Biggest Loser with a CID printing homebrew payload are required.
