Got a GB Boy Color. Is the screen normally like this?

I dunno. Kinda hard to pick up on camera but the screen comes off with a blueish hue and is kinda dim.
Yeah I've used some crappy 1.5v ordinary run of the mill kodak batteries which i got at my local convenience store and they barely even lasted for 4 hours!
Now I'm not sure whether the batteries are to suspect or something more serious is going on here.

It's that much of a deal and i can live with it. But I'd really love it to be just a tad bit brighter.

Anyway guys
What batteries do you recommend
Especially batteries that would make the everdrive clones from AliExpress work with this damn thing.

my last post shows what my majora's mask sp looks like, so something was definitely wrong with my original sp.

Nope mine isn't in a condition as bad as yours. At least not yet

Just wondering guys, What if it is like ghosting screen on a pc? Like way back when people used to get Screen Protection using a program that keeps moving an image about, all around the monitor to keep whatevers on the screen from burning into it?
