I think the only practical way to draw with a mouse would be pixel art since atleast you can put thought into each pixel or... You get the idea

Paper exists. I wouldn't recommend using crayons as they don't really change color based on pressure. Just use any pencil you stole from a kid

I (used to) hate drawing since it's quite stressful and it doesnt help that i'm left handed and that I have slightly shaky hands

If you practice your hands should get less shaky. Also drink more water.

If you want to do pixel art pixelorama is a good program

I had a Wacom tab for a very short time as a kid before my dog ate it
