Pan de queso "cheese cake"

Found this odd looking thing at Quicktrip, apparently popular in Mexico I thought it was a good try. Bit disappointed there was no inside filling which I was expecting it to be like a filled doughnut cake. It was moist, had a strong vanilla taste. Pairs well with a cup of coffee in the morning the sesame seeds adds little extra texture almost like a hamburger bun. 3/5
