Because you expected a response during the hours typically allocated for work and / or school. Now I want you to promise to never double post again okay? EVER. Use unplug, its a firefox addon (don't use firefox? then you aren't worthy of my help)

I've tried looking for an flv "ripper" for IE, no real chance without paying. The best thing to do is use Firefox with the download helper extension. You could give that a try.
