Hacking Getting Error code on update installation?

So I have been using the USB installer method, and now for some reason as soon as I install an update a game I get error code 105-3884. I also tried installing an update through wupinstaller and it gave me the error code fffbf38f. I have no idea what's going on and I'd love to have this fixed. (sorry if I posted in the wrong section too, didn't know where to post, so I posted where there's the most activity)

I think that nintendo is doing server maintenance on both 3ds and wii u some online servers are affected bewsice online play since I cant get MHX online working

I forgot to mention that I don't have DNS on since I don't need it because I doubt ninty is gonna release an update. Also, the update DOWNLOADS, just fails to install as soon as it starts trying to.
