The badges will certainly get removed if you launch the Badge Arcade app.
I can't be sure, but I doubt that Nintendo will ban you for modified extdata (all reported bans were for real-time cheating).
Badge Arcade most likely just syncronizes the data, and it will replace the "corrupted" data on your SD card with the one from their server,
but they probably won't check what exactly that corruption was,
otherwise there would be risk to ban legitimate users that got their extdata corrupted somehow.

They would be removed, probably not banned.

@TheMachinumps How can I import all badges (Like every .cab and .prb?) I want all the badges but it says I have too much, also I wanna import all at once, not 1 at a time.

I think you can only have 1000 badges at once or something like that.

Basicaly what cearp said. There's a limit of 1000 badges (*.prb) and a limit of 100 sets (*.cab), and importing any more badges or sets will result in a error (as there isn't enough space within the data).

What's the most recent update of this?
Also, is it possible to just scan a QR through FBI to get these?

The Tool Pack ZIP file seems to be corrupted. If you check bin/batbox.exe, you'll notice it's 2 KB, which is too small. This confuses Windows and causes it to think it's a 16-bit DOS program, which won't run on 64-bit Windows.

Strangely enough the Majora's Mask set has the Twilight Princess badges, and should I assume that the badges that act as applications aren't supported here? Was hoping to get "legit" versions of those that will actually work.

Yes :( I thought asking them if they ever received the set would be better than me asking for the entire set myself

I know this thread's two years old already, but I only just found it. I followed every step of this guide, ripped the Japanese, European and American badges, and somehow some of them are still missing, like Majora's Mask's set or the "Mario & Friends" one. Am I doing something wrong? Did this, perchance, happen to anyone else? I know I could just make custom badges based on the original sets, but I'm not quite good at creating custom badges.
