Yeah, your username and password was found in a breach of some other site.
You will get that message on any site that you have used the same username and password, Chrome has just worded it in a confusing way which actually leads many people to believe this site has been breached.
I do think it's a good idea to post a PSA about this on the front page, to calm users down.
