i'd rather not risk a brick in my only flashcart, also, that thread is older than my cards release date, so i doubt any of those is compatible
The latest upload date for the files is 25th Dec 2017. Decide for yourself. :)

It's intended to be a better GUI for flashcart users, but I don't see why it'd change GBARunner2's boot process.
Well, it could change the initial conditions on booting. But I think it was only a solution for a bug in an earlyer version which is fixed now.

Say Gericom out of curiousity. Do you plan to implement the GUI for GBARunner2 at the End of development?

it really is just an .NDS homebrew that autoboots :P
but i guess you are right, still, while nothing on screen is different from "test", its still no working, i tried multiple recent builds and all give me the same results

EDIT: just out of curiosity i swaped my US DSi for my CFWed n3DSXL, same results
The obvious question would be if you've formatted your microsdcard?

did it last month so i doubt its that

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Test means the dldi initialization failed. So it has not even read the sd.
then how do we solve it? other DLDI dependant homebrew work just fine

I guess if you can be bothered to, you could try totmanually dldipatch it.Is there ysmenu for your card? It should work.

my card's firmware is supposed to autopatch homebrew, so i dont know where to find the proper patch for it, i mean, its one of the most popular flashcarts right now so it would make sense for it to have a patch

Most of the time there is a .dldi file among the files of your flashcard firmware. It could be that some flashcards don't patch dldi if it's outside main memory.

found the patch and patched the file, nothing seems to have worked

When I was trying to do the same with my cyclods I was unable to find any file like that. If you're lucky you can find one around the net, but it truly sucks having to.

Anyways, I get different results running through SRLoader or ysmenu. So far my R4irts with ysmenu is the most compatible.

managed to make it work in the weirdest way possible, i was updating TWloader since all this srloader stuff reminded me i had to do that, so out of curiosity i copied the GBArunner2 that came with TWLoader and it worked without a hitch... yeah, im surprised too

EDIT: how can i help with the compatibility list? megaman zero 3 runs with some graphical bugs and at a really low speed with cracking sound

The version that comes with twloader is probably an older version. That's also not the icache version I think.

you are saying that its the newer versions that dont work? hmm, thats weird, any idea of what might be causing this? because out of curiosity i tried running the new version with TWLoader and it also doesnt work

If you replace the default gbarunner with the latest arm7 version it should work if you boot it via the special menu option on 3ds.
