It's funny there's so much hate towards gateway based on speculation. "I will PROBABLY cost a lot to ship". etc etc. All they said was to contact your vendor and they will take care of the rest. Until someone actually goes through the process, it's stupid to just sit here and whine about theoretical costs.
It's also clear many people are not even reading the message properly. It's not $100 for shipping. It's $100 to get your BRICKED console back if you lied to them about the brick being caused by a gateway card.
I got a major problem with my 999$ surface pro from microsoft a few month ago. I just asked for a replacement and they send me a box with a "brand new" surface pro with a pre-paid box to ship the broken one. It costed me 0$, not 50% of the price of the item.
