So sky3ds work on 9.3 but not gateway...i wonder which is better

noob question, does that mean gateway will not work on any 9.3 or above games? or we can stay at 9.2 and play 9.3 game like 4.5 3DS gateway?

also yeahgeek doesnt accept paypal so it it save to use direct debit card? i mean if i use the card does it mean if they want they can take money out from it any time?

Not sure yet. it depends on gateway's update.

I don't think you should use direct debit. borrow your dad's credit card instead.

Exactly. I'm sure we all want to know the answer to your question, but none of us (AFAIK) do, at least until the update is actually released to the public.

If youre currently on 9.3 Sky3ds is "better" cause you have no choice... If youre on a FW lower than 9.3 (9.0 - 9.2) then it would be wise to choose GW.
GW has a feature called emunadn and it basically emulates the NAND to a higher FW which allows you to use all the features the latest FW has including eshop acces and online gaming.
Yeahgeek does not accept paypal only Visa, but they are reliable and fair.

It's not easy to tell, but I feel like I can say with certainty that all EUR and NA N3DSs will have 9.3+ pre-installed.

My guess would be that a batch of AUS and JPN N3DSs with 9.3 will be produced ASAP and probably shipped around New Year's; however, this is complete conjecture and utterly baseless, so feel free to disregard my theory.

With 99% certainty, yes. It'll take awhile for 9.3 stock to enter circulation and become the norm.

That said, I hold no responsibility if it is a 9.3 N3DS, but I'd be extremely surprised.

Nintendo is making them right now & since demand for aus n3ds is huge (people from around the world are buying them too) the old stock won't last very long at all,expect 9.3 consoles in a couple of weeks to mid january at the latest i would say.

Us company shipping to US address !! it's a US courier company fedex right ? still 23 hours is very impressive.

i ordered over the weekend so i was fairly disappointed they didn't ship out on monday fedexs speed made up for it though.
