Any of the Mario games are pretty safe. If you are into emulation, there are some great older games also.

Mario Party is a great game and her friends can play it too (without the cart because its a DS Download game)

Lego Starwars Complete Saga. It has excellent replay value, plays for a long time the first run through and if you can get a girl to like starwars then there is much hope for her in the world.
