So for those who downloaded it, does pressing Select bring up anything like it did in the video?

Edit: Or was that something from the Vitamin app itself?

For the Binding of Isaac? In that case, no; nothing appeared when I pressed select. Which is a little weird because you would've thought they would've applied the PoC "hello world" message into this recent dump.

(However I did some digging around in the game's eboot and found at the very end the path to 'steroid.suprx', so it is still implemented...

You sure it's just select though? Seems a bit stupid to use a button that can be occupied by game functions (not saying BoI uses select, I have no idea, but still, feels like it should be a keycombo)

I had a little play at BoI, but I didn't need to use the select button in the game once at all. And I did try out every other button (and even all the buttons in one go!) to test if any menu would appear, but... nothing.

It certainly looks like it! Furthermore, if the Binding of Isaac eboot.bin is fully decrypted and contains stuff pointing towards the steroid.suprx that was shown in Team FreeK's teaser video, then Vitamin (the application which made this Binding of Isaac dump possible) is actually real and legitimate, and will dump all sorts of other games!

but i always do wake up to some awesome news. today was the new henkaku. made a fake psn account and i'm all logged in. then we also got binding of isaac. oh boy. this roller coaster.

i really can't wait for the day when the top thread here is "VITAMIN RELEASED!" then it would just be a matter of hours before the sought after vpks are up.

I read on that other forum that Vitamin is being released in 2 hours. But yeah, the credibility of those claims is unclear at this stage....

Do you have a source to that? Is it on his Twitter page? I'd be mighty interested to see this, as he has been a pretty big part of Vita hacking and it would be very sad to see him depart from this switly-evolving scene!

$ony can be a d*ckhead and release all coming games with 3.61> on cart...Hopefully we can bypass that with Henkaku homebrews..


Hope there can be a cart dumper and play-em-on the memory card comes out..
