I'm considering buying a G6 Lite 4G for it's great GBA/DS compatability, speed, and small size, what would be the cheapest shop to buy it from if you are in the netherlands

Current option:
www.divineo.de

Watch out with ordering from Divineo, there are quite a few people complaining about them in the G6 forum (and in SuperCard Lite threads):

I ordered from Divineo.de and had no problems with them

But I think if I would order again I would order from Divineo's Chineze site (cheaper then German site) or Hopebuy.com as suggested.
And don't worry about the customs... they useally send it as a 'gift' and I believe they don't charge anything with a value below 100 euro's anyway.

I always order from winsunx. They give you discount if you ask for it, new members always receive 5% discount on their order and the shipping is totally trackable via the www.dhl.com website. It usually arrives in like 4 days. Ordered a Passcard 3 and a Supercard Lite (English) including DHL shipment for $87!!! That's like 70 euro!! I also have another supercard lite coming in from divineo.com out of the USA and I will sell that one to anybody interested.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that you can pay them with PayPal, which is my favourite Internet Payment Method.

Much cheaper and the shipping is as fast as from germany (stay away from divineo france, ordered a few times and never got my stuff)

You can pay with IBAN/BIC on there german or france account (the used to have local accounts in Belgium and Netherland, but that was long ago, dunno if the still have them)

(for the record, the ship there goods you ordered from divineo China often from divineo Germany

, but that for the price you payed listed @ divineo China)

I ordered 2 G6 Flash 4G *ENGLISH* version from Divineo.cn and I got both cards within a few days (depends on your shipment choice). The chinese website is cheaper then the german one and I had no problems with customs on both cards (they where ordered 1 week between each other). The people at Divineo.cn send the package as a gift of 20$ value. So there is less change that the dutch customs will pick your package out of the many and charge you extra taxes. BUT there is always the CHANGE that they do

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.
  • AncientBoi @ AncientBoi:
    I don't pirate them, I Use Them :mellow:. Like I do @BigOnYa 's couch :tpi::evil::rofl2:

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm
  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
  • cearp @ cearp:
It's nice to not have to have a lot of physical things though, saves space

Nor clothes 🤮 . Saves on time, soap, water and money having to wash them. :D
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@rqkaiju2, Physical media is a great source for archiving your data, none of that cloud storage shiz.
