Homebrew Freeshop game installation being spotty?

So a game downloaded, and it's installing but...its being really spotty, pausing itself somegimes, and saying it's going to take like 30 minutes to install. It's never done this with any other game. Is there an issue here?

Server problems maybe?
Or try moving the 3DS closer to the router.

FreeShop does not download then install, it downloads and installs at the same time. Due to the 3DS's flaky wireless speeds, this can cause rather long download/install times.
