Platinum can't receive anything, currently. A few people have already tried this, and they get an error.

Can't you just transfer Regigigas to Platinum?

Every Wonder Card Pokemon prior to Platinum's Release that I know of, only allows you to send it to Diamond or Pearl.

Unless you use something like Pokesav to put the WC in the Save File manually or use a Wonder Card Patcher to the Deoxys Distribution 2008, and edit the Wonder Card before patching it so that it can send it to Platinum.
