Yeah this was posted a long time ago but its nice to see it again cause I forgot it existed.

I'll be using these once my subscription runs out(soon) cause I dont want to pay for this constantly-buggy service.

It does work in other countries I myself am from the UK and it works fine for me. Maybe try again.

Also I found out what the problem with the headset was. In personal settings voice in chat was set to mute and thats why I could hear them but couldn't reply.

You can only redeem these on your xbox, and not in the usual redeem code place, but change membership -> redeem promotional code.
