I ride my bike, on most days. It is electric, but I pedal most of the way and use my throttle when merging with traffic.

I’ve been trying to run more often. Maybe not the almost 5 mile run that I do every six months, or so, but more shorter 2.5 mile runs. A 2.5 mile run only takes about a half hour. The almost 5 mile run is about 1-1.25 hours.

I don’t have a diet. I’m trying to change that, but I like to eat EVERYTHING. It’s hard. I don’t have much discipline in that area.

I intermittently run, go to the gym, rollerblade

I eat total junk, rice - eggs - bacon for like every meal

I roll to the kitchen, sweat and huff n puff from doing that, fix me a big meal [so I don't have to go back again if need be], roll back to my comp, huff n puff, sweat from all that again. Then eat :D
