first day back at tafe

so it's my first day back after a 1 month holiday and i'm now doing a diploma in software development...

in cert 4 i did

c++, java, vb, python, games testing, database design, sql, uml and microsoft project

in diploma i am doing

project, iis/asp and mysql/php

boring as shit

this new project class is not the same as microsoft project from last course (thank god) but it is still boring as crap

and it's 8 HOURS long and takes up all of monday
iis/asp is on tuesdays and only 3 hours and mysql/php is 4 hours and on wednesdays...
unfortunately mysql/php finishes at 6:30 and my bus stops running at 6:17
and my house is an hour by bus from the tafe so i have no fucking idea what i'll be doing to get home on wednesdays :|

diploma is in two parts

seems semester 1 is all the boring shit and semester two is the cool shit

(just like cert 4 had crappy uml, project, python, games testing but it also had cool stuff like c++, java db design, sql)

You prefer c++ to python? It takes so much practice to make fewer mistakes that I can't get into it
