I'm gonna buy a second WiiU today and hack it.

I know it needs to be on 5.5.1 firmware or older. Is it the latest one ? If so, is it possible to downgrade ?

downgrade? why the hell do you need to downgrade, everything listed here for wii u hacking is for 5.5.1. even if you could downgrade, there aren't any older firmwares that have been dumped online, from what I've seen. do some research first, please
