Hacking Few question about gateway and retail cart MH4U

I just bought a MH4U (US) and my 3ds is region eu using gateway3ds with emunand 9.4

1) Can i play MH4U online in gateway mode ?

2) Can i download update data and get DLC for this game ?

3) Are there possible to dump the save in cart and edit/cheating with gateway exploit or something ?(not include Powersaves)

I have a little confuse about between two of this hope someone can help me

1) Yes

2) Yes and no. You can use cia's to update your game but some DLC requires NNID and those won't work on a different region 3ds

3) No. You can't dump retail cart saves yet, however you can dump a rom or eshop/cia save and when an editor is released you can do that. Currenty there are no MH4U save editors, but there s one for MH4G.

I would recommend downloading a eur version of mh4u and play that instead. You can switch saves between eur and us roms or cia but not retail cart.

You can not play retail cart in gw mode you have to use classic mode.

Classic mode doesn't support cia update across region (mostly).

If you're like me, I have EUR console too. I do not buy US retail cart anymore, sadly.

Mh4u can play across region (us - eur but not jap) both online and local play.

So i can play online with other player in classic mode right ?
But if i dont update date of MH4U will i can play online with other people ?

You can play local game if you are all in the same version. this is from my Fantasy life experient not test with mh4u

To go online you need latest patch.
