a friend of mine make this dlc compatible eur with the dlc of omegablue, it's work like a charm
It's a bit more than that, I had a bit of trouble with getting the labels to work because of the language files, you also have to use the contents ID file from the EUR version otherwise the DLC would only work for the EUR version of the Game but on USA consoles.
Both versions have already been tested a little bit and they seem to "work", although they haven't been too thoroughly tested, but there's shouldn't be any problems given almost nothing changed from the USA version.
I'm using BigBlueMenu to install and I really don't remember my CFW I barely turned on my 3ds after leaving it alone for 2 months
I reccomend using Luma3DS, it's very easy to use and it is very regularly updated.
No, it's not a necessity anymore, FBI has been updated to better handle DLC so it's really good now, it even automatically uninstalls your old DLC when installing a new DLC CIA.
