Hacking FCEU Ultra support classic controller or not?

Sorry for noob question, i dont know it is better to post here or in Hardware box.

I ordering a Classic Controller to play the VC game Zelda: Orcania of Time from http://www.play-asia.com/SOap-23-83-c8iw-7...-j-70-1ln9.html (the price is great, only $14.93 since they have a promotion now

). But my mom wanna play Magic Jewelry, an super old NES game, which i could not find any VC release of it. I decided to downloaded a ROM of it to use with FCEU emulator.

Just wanna ask whether FCEU support classic controller or not? She not really familiar with holding Wiimote horizontally, and Classic controller could be a suitable option. Wiibrew stated that it only support Gamecube controller or Wiimote at the moment.

Yes, there is a version supporting the classic controller

but it seems to have some issues when launched from the hbc
