This is not really an issue, and I don't really care much about it. But I've been having this bug sorta thing with my New 3DS XL. At least a 10 times now, I've seen the LED Flash Blue and Blink briefly for 'bout 5 sec. Immediately, I check notifications app, and other Apps and Games which can receive SpotPass content / data. I also check the Home Menu for New Software, but nothin', nothin' at all. No SpotPass content and yet the LED flashes. I even tried changing SpotPass settings in the System Settings App and then reset to what it was - but it was all useless. Is this actually a BUG? Or a problem with my LED? Or something else in the System itself that's causin' trouble? Please do comment on why this is happenin'.

Awaiting responses...

Flashing Blue Light = Spotpass Activity
Solid Blue Light = Completed Spotpass and Notification
Flashing Green Light = Streetpass Activity
Solid Green Light = Completed Streetpass and Notification
Flashing Orange Light = Friend Online (happens only while the 3DS is open)
Rapid Flashing Red Light = Your 3DS is about to run out of battery

If you're opening it while it's flashing you'll probably either interrupt the activity and it'll complete while it's on or it'll end that communication.
What you're experiencing is a normal thing. :P

Nope my friend, it flashes WHILE the system is OPEN. I'm NOT interrupting ANYTHING.

That's why I said, it probably is a BUG or somethin'.

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
