Hacking EZFlash Redux. New 3ds flash cart?

There is someone on twitter is working on it,and made couple of pcb that act as memory card,but they stick out of the memory slot of the Vita,and sold them for devs and other hackers and for people who love collecting things.

Yes,but when first announced it was signhax,i didn't bother to change it.

EXACTLY. I have a wii U too and it has the very same starvation problems. At this point in time, shoving out any security patch would be the final nail in the coffin. Ninty knows that, maybe a reason why no new system firm has popped up.
Also, not to forget, ninty is an entertainment company (unlike sony), I faintly remember one of their CEO's stating that they are not strictly tied to electronic entertainment, if they can make money with such simple stuff as dolls or figurines or cards (amiibo f.e.).

OK, that is nice to hear. Ofcourse it wont pop up tomorrow... but at least someone is doing prep work and has interest in the guts of a vita memory card.

In your signature... is signhax / sighax already a thing? I know that at 33c3 the scene hackers stated to have hacked the 3ds completely and an important information was obtained in 2015 and ninty did not patch that.

Either way, I'll probably refrain from spending on an EZ-Flash Redux till next month. Or most other unnecessary stuff. I guess.

So how easy is this thing to setup? I don't mind paying if it's less risky than the softmods and the convenience of playing .3ds and save to the SD in the Redux.
In general, I want as "clean" a 3DS as possible.

The official instructions make it seem like the 3DS needs to have an exploit installed? It just tells you to use exploit 414 but no mention of how to use it. What is one supposed to do?

It is basically a GW. It will always need an exploit. A9LH works, for example.

So then it's pretty moot to get this flashcard if the whole point is that I want to skip all the steps you have to do for CFW?

I just want flashcards to be convenient plug and play like my old CycloDS was. I've checked out Sky3ds+ but that's alot more expensive, can only play all games sold on carts, and I wonder how much abuse the buttons on the card can take.

The Sky3DS can only play cart images because it doesn't use an exploit like the GW/MT/EZR do.
