Windirt (the EZteam coder/US forum rep...) has requested some translations so they can finish up and release the 1.72 final (betas have been around for a little while now, I posted most of them here too). There is a bugmenot account for sosuke's forum and I am happy to relay files as well if you want to post them here.

Please use the English.ini in the ob13 as template. translated file please save as utf-8 (plain windows notepad can do it (you can choose if you use save as) but if you are in need of something that bit nicer notepad++ can do it (under the format dropdown menu) and there is a portable version so you can avoid installing anything: http://portableapps.com/apps/development/notepadpp_portable ).
Korean, Japanese, Russian,French,Italian,Spanish are needed. (Korean and Spanish are already done).
