Mine came with a couple of shell segments, one of the traditional size GBA slot and another for the DS lite dust cover size. Did yours not?

I think his issue is the insertion force. The EZ-Flash Reform required a lot of force to get it into the cartridge Slot of the GBA and DS. My guess is, OP has the same problem with the Omega.

While the omega still requires more "force" to get it in than a regular card, it's noticably better than the reform for me.

@Ocarey1327 maybe this works for the omega as well:

I saw this thread but i dont understand what he made smaller?

Behold my paint powerpoint skillz (not to scale):

when looking sideways onto the shell you'll see this standoff. The red part goes through the hole in the PCB and the board itself rests on the green part. For the reform, I cut away from the green part so the PCB sits lower in the card.

Its kinda crap that a company so well entrenched with the GBA/DS market would make a cart that doesn't fit, even with adjustment shells.

Thats helpful but now my board sits on angle after cutting away the top part of the standoff

This did aleviate the insertion force issue for me on the EZ-Flash Reform. What angle does your board have now? is it angled backwards/forwards or left/right?

It would be much easier if i could take a picture but the camera on my phone is not working. ill try my best to explain.

look at the cart so your looking where the pins are the board is angled like this

The right side of the cart is where it usually is a little high and the other is lower heres a diagram i hope this is understandable... The box on the image is the cart the other smaller line is the cart and the angle it is on

That's interesting to know. Gonna check mine later when I am at home.

Also: how can your card already have been cloned? Are cloners already this fast? Is there some way to recognize these clones?
