My EZ4 (classic, for GBA) just arrived and I was playing a bit with it before getting back to work.
I'm wondering what's the best way to get all games working properly.
EZ4-Client handles the savegame patching for both PSRAM and NOR RAM. Both seem to work fine, after resetting the savegames are written to \SAVER AFAIK.
- Does this handle all ROMs perfectly? Or are sometimes other tools necessary?
- What do the save options mean, does the option selected automatically always work?
- Can I use the SRAM patching mode of GBATA for achieve the same save result?
Are there any further specific patches or tools I should apply?
RTC patch for pokemon etc.
And how do cheats work exactly? Is there a hotkey to enable them or are they hardcoded into the ROM?
