Gaming Errors with my 360

Ever since I got this 250GB HDD from Amazon, I get Disc Read Errors from some games, even though they're installed to the hard drive. I've tried formatting the HDD but the errors returned after a while.

Any thoughts on what's causing this?

Read the enitre post before posting, he says the game is installed on his hard drive.

But I have no idea, I have been thrown the disc read error with the game installed on my hard drive but I just tried again and it worked fine.

    My Pixel Pro buds shit the bed a month or two ago. My wireless charger (which they do support Qi charging) absolutely COOKED them. Caused some problem that caused the case to heat up to 180F+
