Hardware Error when installing forwarder channels

Just d/loaded and tried to install 2 forwarder channel wads, one for Mplayer CE, and one for Wii64,bioth from different places.

Tried to install both with wad manager, but got an error on both and they would not install, thried through a different wad manager and the same happened.

Any clues.

Using 4.1, all IOS's etc utd as per ModMii update.

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
