Hacking Error Code 204036 When Downloading From eShop

When I downloading Super Mario Kart, Netflix, and most likely anything else Mario collects 1 coin, then error code 204036. I have installed HBC, BootMii, and Priiloader. As a noob I have not had much luck finding an existing fix. Not sure whats going on, Please Help me fix this.
