error code 102-2160 when procceding to setup up pretendo network it

So whenever i try to set up my pretendo network id, i get error code 102-2160. i read here:https://github.com/PretendoNetwork/Inkay/issues/10 that the error could be there if you rebuilt your mlc. I did rebuild my mlc when reigon changing yesterday, because i bought a japanese wii u. how do i fix this error?

The thread you referred just mentioned update SLC titles could resolve the issue, have you done it?
Btw I also region changed my console but did not encounter this issue, maybe because my SLC titles are already up to date? What was your Wii U system version before region change?

Most likely 5.5.5 J. Also, how would i go about updating slc titles? Can i get a tutorial for that? (Also i do have Minute if you are wondering)
