Hacking Error -1022 WITH cIOS?

Today I was trying to install a .wad through Wad Manager. Until now I have had no problems installing any .wad file. However, after selecting bot IOS249 (for cIOSrev14) and my Wii SD card as a source, I still got the -1022 error. I recently updated to 4.0U but I have installed may .wad's since then. This is the first to give me any trouble. Any suggestions?

-1022 is sometimes a bad wad.

Most commonly, someone dumped a wad and forgot to sign it after. Wad Creator doesn't sign it for you. Try resigning it with wwPacker. (Use "wwPacker - Just Sign"). It's fixed quite a few -1022 issues for me.

The PAL Today and Tomorrow Channel WAD floating around online was a -1022 wad i resigned to fix...

    You would need to hack the Dreamcast to run games from the memory card instead of trying to read the disk drive.

    Don't know if it's that hard dreamcast had no write protection and it's basically a ps1
