There are some minor changes not in the latest patch (but in the latest commit at github), I also have some minor changes in mind mostly relating to using localizations from the previous titles (penguin soda -> pop fizz soda or whatever the name was). Are there still more updates coming?
Uploaded a new patch, just for you: https://github.com/cjuub/okaeri-chibi-translation/releasesETA on the next patch?
It's all here:How to complile the okaeri-translation-viewer?
It does not matter where you put the jar file. I don't really understand what you're asking though, sorry.Where put the jar file? Do not pass the tool wiht al inserted, only run? I believe my java app not found but uninstall and install whit your file translation_viewer.zip and nothing.
Thanks
I mean a pack with all files only run, why me dont run jar file.It does not matter where you put the jar file. I don't really understand what you're asking though, sorry.
Good, i have download soon. It's time to remove the beta status from this patch, it seems well received enough!
New release:
https://github.com/cjuub/okaeri-chibi-translation/releases/tag/v1.1
It changes Dirt -> dirt, Dust -> dust etc, since these weren't actual objects in a way. It also changes "Hihi" to "Hehe" since I noticed people pronounced "hihi" different from my purpose, it comes from me being a swede I guess...
This is most likely the absolute final release (at least from my side of things), unless more complaints/pull requests arrive. Enjoy!
I will upload it to romhacking.net as well.
Thanks for your support, however I will not work on the Wii adaption, I have no interest in it and it would most likely be too time consuming for it to be rewarding for me.Really nice job on this, works perfectly on my DSTwo, nice to play Translations on original hardware.
This is semi-off topic, but I've been looking a bit into translating the Wii New Play Control version of Chibi-Robo.
Apparently doing the translation for that isn't as simple as "copy files X, Y, and Z" from the English GC version into the Wii version.
Something involving ShiftJIS character encoding going on. I managed to get a few lines translated myself, but it's rather time consuming, and I'd have no idea where to start with the graphics.
But if you're in need of another Chibi Robo related project once this one is done, there's no translation for that version of the game, it'd be nice to experience it with the fancy new controls and native widescreen support it has.
Hey this is a really great do you by chance have a way I can contact you with a few questions? I'd really appreciate it.
I'm a new member and because of the new guidelines I cant pm yet could you send the Pm.Just send me a private message on this site.
