I decrypt files downloaded via Wii USB Helper (.app, .h3, .cert, .tik, .tmd) using CDecrypt and get the folders code, content, meta. These compress much better than the encrypted files (plus I can use them in Cemu), thus saving space. However for preservation purposes I'd like to be able to reverse the process and get the encrypted files back.
I tried to use NUSPacker, but the encrypted files don't seem to match what's downloaded from CDN.
Is there any way to achieve this? Thanks.
