Hacking Emunand Save Files

Could somebody please tell me where emunand save files are kept. I have updated to emunand but it is not recognising my pokemon save placed on the gatewaynand partition of the SD Card. I have originally been playing the game on sysnand.

Pokemon game saves are stored inside the game ROM itself.
