Hacking Emunand Language Issue.

I am currently running a 9.5 MT emunand which for some reason converted my games into Japanese, (i am on a US 3ds XL). I started alpha sapphire and changed the language to english but when i try to use the game sync to access battle spot it says:

"You cannot register this Game Sync ID. The game it came from is from a region that cannot be registered with this account."

My question is this: Is there anyway to change the region of the game, or also anyway to change the region my pokemon global link account?
