Hacking Elf loader for modded wii. does it exist?

In order to load ELFs the first time at least, Twilight Princess. Then just install the Homebrew Channel and you wont need TP again.

DOLs can be installed w/o it though (being burned onto a DVD), but not ELFs as far as I'm aware of.

You can probably use elf2dol and replace the main.dol from a disc with a loader using the trucha signer. I think some loaders include .dol files in the download.
