Hey guys! I wanted to make an easiest tutorial to access Nintendo Video in unsupported countries, which I already did. This tutorial is better than the last two Nintendo Video tutorials here at GBAtemp. I tested this tutorial on my Japanese 3DS (read: I live in Canada), so it should work on American/Asian and European/Australian 3DS. Here's what you need: an Nintendo 3DS console (with Nintendo Video installed) and a computer (or any device you'd like that has a web browser). Now onto the steps:

    1. Go to each of the following links:2. Turn your 3DS on, and go to System Settings > Internet Settings > Connection Settings.

    3. Tap on a network connection when you're currently connected to. It should say either 1, 2 or 3 surrounding the blue square/box.

    4. Tap "Change Settings" (without quotes), then tap the right arrow.

    5. Tap "Proxy Settings", then tap "Yes", and then tap "Detailed Settings".

    6. Under the "Proxy Server" enter any of the proxy address from each of the following links above, but do not enter like ":8080". (e.g. "59.106.177.23", not "59.106.177.23:80")

    7. Under "Port" enter the port of each proxy address (from each of the following links above), which is the last 2-4 digits of the proxy address. (e.g. 80, 8080, 3128)

    8. Tap "OK", then tap "Save".

    9. When the confirmation box pops up, tap "OK" and do the connection test. If you pass the connection test you're good to go.

    10. Exit the System Settings, then go to Nintendo Video.

    11. Tap "Connectivity Check". If you're lucky (with a confirmation box about beginning to download the videos), it will start downloading the videos.

    12. That's it! You're done.

Please note that this tutorial works not only Nintendo Video but also the Japan TV app (if you have a Japanese 3DS) and the Eurosport app (if you have a European/Australian 3DS).

If you have any problems, post it here. :)

i have a question regarding entering the ip adress
    suppose in your example
    the ip adrres is
    59.106.177.23

but the place where you enter it(3ds--> system settings)
the format is kinda like this
    000.000.000.000
where 0 is an empty slot
so how do enter sumthing like your example in this format
    00.000.000.00?

ok ok, i got it, i was entering that addrress in the ip thingy and not the proxy server
okay thanks! it worked and nintendo video approved me as well

"Connection Test failed. Here are the details of the error"
    Error Code: 003-2001
Could not connect to the internet.
The security key or DNS may have been entered incorrectly. Check the setting in System Settings --> Internet Settings.
    HELP!!!

anybody know whether i should shoot for the HTTP or SOCKS5 proxies? i can't seem to make a SOCKS5 proxy test successfully, but the HTTP can't get past Nintendo Video's connection check.

Just to answer the question. The "0" is put as a invisible number if it is the 1st number, and 2nd number if the 1st is a "0". for example, 19,155,103,6. it is really this> 019.155.103.006
This is just some fun fact as typing in without the "0" in front is the same.

It kept saying the network may be busy.
may edit later if it somehow connect.

Too slow even for connection check. Gonna try it on faster wifi.

Sorry for double posting, but how long does it take to download videos, and how could I know when the download starts/finishes?

Should using fresh and unblack listed proxy servers. Im high recommended using socks or SSH port forwarding. With the SSH Tunnel ou can get high speed and fresh and longer livetime (none blacklist) ip address ??. You can refering this url for SSH Tunnel
Yes, you can also consider for using VPN. Should using premium VPN. Use Free VPN if you like freebie :)
Rest solution is using Web Proxy, Socks or Free Proxy servers List :)
