I may have found what I was doing wrong according to your video. I was clicking scrub once I'd done. Figured it meant save. Gonna try that again then.

EDIT: Didn't make a difference, still got the black screen.

on dolphin the game is working fine, but can`t run on any usbloader, just a black screen after the game load.

I don't think the patch is all that compatible with usb loaders.

u guys are right...on dolphin it runs but not on usb loaders...i get black screen also....

Okay, it seems like this only works on dolphin and emulated nands(thanks to the uniiloader user for the hint xD). Just tested this on my uneek setup and it works.

it is very simple patching discex games

manually rewrite 4 files

R8EJQC\files\FFX

I haven't updated uneek. All I did was apply the patch and then put the game through discex.

I got Earth seeker patch to work with uneek-di, but i could not get patched ES to work with lastest usb-gx with d2x6 it just black screens.
Tho i can get the ES unpatched works on usb-gx just fine.

and cIOS d2x 249>56, 250>57, and 248>38

i swear, on my wii 4.2U and using usbloader gx, this game (patched) works 100% with no problems
i dont understand why there aro SO many PROBLEMS!

i was hoping to help many people but everything goes wrong i guess..

maybe because i have a custom firmware (last customF) and not the 4.2 original ?

maybe without a CF, games with edited isos dont works??
