Hacking DSTWO+ No Longer Working on 3DS

So I've had my DSTWO+ since about January and it's worked fine- Until just last night. I believe it's firmware 1.19 and EOS 1.14 (Whatever the lastest for DSTWO is) and my 3DS is 10. something. It did not update to my knowledge. The day before it stopped I had dropped my 3DS and I had to take it apart and reconnect everything and it worked fine afterwards and my DSTWO worked as well. I go to bed that night, put my 3DS in sleep mode, and the next morning I open it up, and the 3DS shows there is nothing in the game slot. Other games show, the Flashcart does not. In a few days I'm hoping to get a New 3DS XL so if I have to, I can reformat the old 3DS, but I would like to know it is the 3DS and not the cart.

Is your sysNAND on 10.7? If yes, then GG, your card won't work because it needs your sysNAND to be on 9.2 or below.
If it is your sysNAND, you can downgrade either using Legend of Zelda OoT or Cubic Ninja.

I take it sysNAND is the 3DS, and it's 10.7 and it's been 10.7 for a while and working for a while. I don't think I've ever been on 9.X since I've had my DSTWO
