Hi, I received today my SC DSTWO from zonavirtual.es, and I was surprised when I realized that both the box and the cartridge have a blue label printed that says Diascoazul.com. It is very weird because I have read around 20 reviews of the DSTWO all around the internet, and I haver never seen a packaging or cartridge like this. Here you have a couple of pictures:

I have put it into my 3DS XL and seems to fit well. I also updated EOS and it is working fine, if it was a clone, that would be possible?. Does anyone know if SuperCard have made any "customized" DSTWO for stores like this one? Any way to find it out if it's a clone?

Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english!

Whats the website address on the box?

It looks to be a real cart with some advertising branding are the stickers for Discoaz removable?

1. It seems that Discoazul.com is the web where zonavirtual.es (the online store where I bought the flashcart) bought them.

2. Nope, there is only one sticker in the cartridge, and the logo in the packaging is printed.

Man could you please put your pictures in

tags? The page bugs like hell -.-

Hmm I guess they took the DSTWO, removed all supercard stuff and made it their 'own' card.

Sorry I didn't have any problems loading the images...

Seems a little weird to me that they made a whole new box only to print their logo doesn't it?

They just want you to think it is their work.

Does the box have a manual? And is there anywhere a link to: http://eng.supercard.sc ?

Then it is a clone or just a modified original.(They modified the look T-T) The link looks okay tho.

That's the point, if it is a modified original, I am ok with it, it will work the same way, but if it is a clone... What do you think? Should I return it and ask for my money back?

Do it, demand on it. Also please inform the original Supercard team, they can help you too! If you want a mail address, check their website: http://eng.supercard.sc

Else try to contact them trough our good old friend Costello our admin here. ^^ he's very nice!

OK, I'll do that. I have already sent an email to SuperCard team, I hope they read it. I'm also gonna contact Costello as you recommended me ^_^

Many thanks! I'll keep you updated!

I suggest opening the card and looking at the hardware. There should be a small screw in the back of the card and it should come apart really easily if you remove it.
Then check the hardware and compare it to this
http://gbatemp.net/t...-dstwo-review#c

If it's not same, then it's mostly a clone.

If it is the same, then most likely they just printed their label on the box and card to advertise their site like jerks.

I also suggest if you bought it off a site suggested through shoptemp or GBAtemp, reporting the site for modifying the card.

EDIT: I also suggest updating the card and such using the files from the official forum

This is the picture provided by The Catboy:

And this, is a picture of my cartridge (I did it the best I could):
2012-08-13%2016.17.38.jpg

In my picture is nearly impossible to see the text in the bigger chip, but it says:
Actel
ProASIC3
A3P060
VQG100

I don't know what to think, I've never seen a flashcart clone, it seem the same chip to me, but, a newer version? The A3P125 of the fist picture doesn't match with the second, also the numbers in the bottom left and bottom right of the board don't match...

I think that at this point, only a member of SC team can answer this question...

Hmmm....the possible first cloned DSTWO?

I know you reported this to the Supercard team and i'm also interested in what they say.

Actually mine's different from the reference too. Mine's one of the GBAtemp-branded ones, and I'm pretty sure it's legit since I've been using it for ages and it works with all the special homebrew and blah blah blah.

The layout of the numbers on the Actel chip itself is the same type that y0's has (not the layout Catboy's has).

As for the numbers, mine are later than Catboy's, but earlier than y0's... this seems to indicate Catboy got an earlier one, mine was later than his, and y0's is a recent batch.

EDIT: Better pic...

100 to 1, it's not a clone. The site has their own custom stickers, and I bet anything that their deal with SuperCard even involves the SuperCard Team making the stickers for them. B-) Money talks....
