Hacking DSTT stuck on Loading... Screen?

Okay, so my Girlfriend got her DSTT yesterday, and she played it for a bit this morning.

Now whenever she tries to use the card it freezes on the Loading...

Screen.

It's not an issue with the SD card, because the SD card can be used fine on the Computer and other cards, and even when there's no card in the DSTT, it stays on Loading..., not "No Card."

EDIT: She was able to get it to work just now, but now it's doing it again.

It's probably a contact problem. Try inserting a folded up piece of paper into the NDS slot opposite the flash cart's contacts to try to help it make contact better. If that works, consider returning it for a new one.

That's probably it, as sometimes she can get it to work but sometimes it's no dice.

try cleaning the contacts too could be a build up of dirt
