Some are dumped but they can't be used by anyone other than the guy who dumped them so theres no point in them.

It's like how people backed up VC games when the Wii first came out by putting them on an SD card. They're not proper dumps and will probably get nuked when a proper meathod of dumping and playing them becomes available.
