I'm posting this in the Supercard forum, because I'm not sure if I was able to use the WPA Wi-Fi connection prior to update 1.4.1. If something happened after updating the system's firmware, then it would make it relevant to this board.

I'm using a Wi-Fi setup with WPA encryption, and of course, the DS isn't known for playing well with WPA. Fortunately, I've recently upgraded to a DSi XL and now have access to the Advanced Setup for Wi-Fi. I know the WPA will still be incompatible with DS Games, but works instead for the DS Shop And DSi functions.

My question is if I have Wi-Fi setup on my DSi XL for WPA, will I be able to use that for DS Homebrew (such as DSTwitter & DS2Tools)? I want to say I remember getting it to work before, but my memory isn't fully sure if I was using my home WPA connection or a friends Wi-Fi without encryption.

    I'm using the SCDSTwo

All flash carts work in DS mode.

DS mode can only use WEP.

    End of story.
